摘  要:采用自制外循环厌氧反应器处理罗汉果加工废液,在温度35℃下考察了容积负荷、外循环水量对运行效能的影响。结果表明,不启动外循环的情况下,在COD容积负荷7.2~15.6 kg/(m3·d)时,反应器对罗汉果加工废水具有良好的处理效能,其COD去除率可达83%~93%;在COD容积负荷19.2~22.08 kg/(m3·d)时,通过增加外循环,其COD去除率可以从75%提升至85%,表明适当增加外循环水量可在一定程度上抵消高容积负荷给反应器带来的不利影响。但当反应器COD容积负荷在30.0 kg/(m3·d)以上时,增加外循环水量反而导致反应器COD去除率下降。Through the experiment of the treatment of siraitia grosvenori processing wastewater by self-made external circulation anaerobic reactor, the effects of organic loading rate (OLR) and the backflow water on operating efficiency of reactor were studied at the temperature of 35 ℃. The results indicated that without external reflux, the influent OLR was in the range of 7.2~15.6 kg/(m·d), and the removal rate of COD was 83%93%. When the influent OLR was in the range of 19.2~22.08 kg/(m3.d), the COD removal rate increased from 75% to 85% by the addition of backflow water. It was found that increasing the backflow water could reduce the bad influence of high OLR in some extent. When the OLR was higher than 30.0 kg/(m3· d), increasing the backflow water could reduce the removal rate of COD.
