摘  要:目的 :探讨睡眠呼吸暂停综合征 (SAS)病人NO代谢和抗氧化能力的改变 ,以及与病程、呼吸暂停指数 (AI)和平均血氧饱和度(SaO2 )的关系。方法 :测定 1 0 9例SAS患者和 60例健康人血浆NO和LPO水平、血浆GSH PX和SOD的活性 ,收集AI和SaO2 监测数据。结果 :SAS组血浆NO和LPO的水平高于对照组(P <0 .0 1 ) ,血浆GSH PX活性SAS组则低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,但血浆SOD的活性两组无统计学意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。病程越长 ,AI越高 ,SaO2 越低 ,则血浆NO、LPO水平越高 ,GSH PX活性越低。结论 :SAS患者NO水平升高 ,GSH PX活性降底导致其氧化和抗氧化能力失衡 ,LPO升高。Objectve: To survey the changes of NO metabolism and antioxidation ability and their relationships with the duration of illness, apnea index(AI)and average percentage of blood O 2 (SaO 2) saturation in patients with sleep apnea syndrome(SAS). Methods: The levels of plasma NO and LPO, the activities of GSH PX and SOD ,AI and SaO 2 were determined in 109 SAS patients and 60 healthy subjects. Results: The levels of plasma NO and LPO were significantly higher but the activities of GSH PX significantly were lower in SAS patients than in the control group(P<0.01). The activities of SOD showed no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).The longer the duration of illness, the higher the AI and the lower the SaO 2 ,the higher the levels of plasma NO and LPO and the lower the activity of GSH PX. Conclusion: The level of NO increases and the activity of GSH PX decreases in SAS patients, which leads to the imbalance between the abiltiy of antioxidation and the ability of oxidation to result in the in crease of LPO level.
