摘　　要："互联网+"是推动经济和社会发展的新范式,为我国产业集群高端化发展带来了历史性的弯道超车机遇。产业集群互联网化升级就是借助互联网技术提高产业集群构成要素的性能、优化集群内部结构及其与外部环境的互动关系。互联网化升级的实质是建立信息空间邻近型的"互联网+"型产业集群,其升级路径是"融合—改造—创新"的渐进路径,主要模式包括电商驱动型和工业4.0驱动型。＇Intemet ＋＇ is a new paradigm of promoting economic and social development, has brought a historic opportunities of comer overtaking for high-end of industrial cluster in china. The intemet-based upgrading of indus- try clusters （IUIC） is to make use the intemet technology, to improve the performance of the elements of clus- ter＇s, and to optimization structure of clusters and the interactive relationship between the internet and the external environment. The essence of IUIC is to establish the ＇Intemet ＋＇ type of industrial clusters which is proximity in information space. The upgrade pathways of industry clusters is a gradual path of ＇intersect-transformation-innova- tion＇. The model of industry upgrade includes electronic-commerce-driven and industry-4.0-driven.
