摘  要:目的 :建立Wistar大鼠 2型糖尿病模型。方法 :将 2 0只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组和果糖组 ,对照组饮用自来水 ,高果糖组饮用 1 2 %的果糖水。于实验前、实验过程中第 1~6个月每月取空腹尾静脉血 ,测定血糖、血浆胰岛素水平及动物体重。结果 :果糖组在 2个月后血糖开始升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,3个月后血糖明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。果糖组在 1个月后血浆胰岛素水平即高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,并持续维持在高水平上。果糖组在 2个月内体重的增长速度较对照组快 ,3个月后体重增长速度开始变缓 ,4~6个月阶段体重增长速度低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :①高果糖饮食 2个月后 ,Wistar大鼠糖代谢严重障碍 ,出现胰岛素抵抗 ;Objective: To set up the animal model of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus in Wistar rats. Methods: Twenty Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: the fructose treated group was given 12% fructose and the control group water for 6 months. Blood sugar, blood insulin, and the weight of the rats were determined before the test and every month during the experiment. Results: The level of blood glucose was raised more significantly in the fructose treated group than in the control group(P<0.05) in 2 months, and more distinctly(P<0.01) in 3 months. The level of plasma insulin was higher in the fructose treated group than in the control group(P<0.01) 1 month later, and remained higher persistently . The body weight increased more in the test group than in the control group in the first 2 months, but the increase slowed down from the third month, and became slower than that in the control group during the last three months. Conclusion: Disturbance of glucose metabolism and insulin resistance develop in the Wistar rats treated with fructose for 2 months. The experiment test provides an applicable animal model of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus.
