海西城市群人口发展的现状、问题及建议--兼与我国三大城市群的比较

摘　　要：城镇化是人的城镇化,人口发展则是城市群发展的关键内容。文章在分析海西城市群人口总量、人口城乡分布和人口素质等现状的基础上,通过与长三角、珠三角和京津冀城市群的比较,发现当前海西城市群主要存在如下问题:其一,人口集聚能力不足,且集聚趋势减弱;其二,城镇化进程乏力;其三,缺乏核心大城市;其四,人口受教育程度偏低。文章认为,海西城市群应在大力发展经济的同时,重点培育厦门为核心城市,进一步加强沿海城市与内陆省份的交通,加强中高等教育并大力引进高素质人才。The nature of urbanization is the urbanization of population, and the main content of development of urban agglomeration is population development. By analyzing the current situations of urban agglomeration on the west coast of the Taiwan Straits, including its gross population, population distribution of urban - rural are- as, and population quality, and comparing the former with the three major urban agglomerations in China, this paper finds that there are some problems with urban agglomeration on the west coast of the Taiwan Straits ： 1 ） The ability of population agglomeration is relatively weak, and it tends to be weak. 2） The pace of urbanization is slow. 3） There is a lack of core city. 4） The education level is relatively low. This paper suggests that in the course of economic development of urban agglomeration on the west coast of the Taiwan Straits, the government should develop Xiamen city as the core city, strengthen traffic facilities between coastal cities and inland prov- inces, improve secondary and higher education and attract talent.
