摘 要:以高浓度甲醛和尿素为主要原料合成脲醛树脂,借助核磁共振(13C-NMR)和动态热机械性能(DMA)分析树脂结构组成及热机械性能。结果表明,以高浓度甲醛制备的脲醛树脂具有较高的固含量,其制备的刨花板内结合强度达1.27 MPa,较普通甲醛制备的明显提高,增幅为50%。13C-NMR和DMA测试结果表明,高浓度甲醛制备脲醛树脂羟甲基含量为31.0%,而普通甲醛制备树脂羟甲基含量只为23.7%,表明前者甲醛加成反应进行更彻底;而其醚键含量较普通甲醛制备的树脂提高了一倍,同时缩聚度提高,保证了足够的机械强度。A urea-formaldehyde resin( UF) was prepared with high concentration formaldehyde. The structure characteristics and thermal mechanical properties of this UF were observed by^13C-NMR and DMA. The results showed that this UF resin had high solid content and bonding strength of particle board improved 50%. And,the reaction between urea and high concentration formaldehyde was fully.^13C-NMR and DMA results indicated that methylol content was 31. 0%,however,it was just 23. 7% in the ordinary formaldehyde prepared UF resin. And the methylene ether bond content increased double that mean condensation degree of this UF resin was improved. Finally,the bonding strength of this resin was improved significantly.
