臭椿根系水浸提液的化感效应

摘　　要：利用生物检测法,研究了5和43年生臭椿根系水浸提液对臭椿和刺槐种子的萌发、根系和苗高的化感效应。结果表明,5年生臭椿根系水浸提液对刺槐种子的萌发、根系和苗高的生长均表现抑制作用,对臭椿种子的萌发、根系的生长有抑制作用,0.020 g·m L-1浸提液对臭椿苗高和鲜重有抑制作用,其他浓度对臭椿苗高和鲜重有轻微的促进作用;43年生臭椿根系水浸提液对刺槐种子的萌发有抑制作用,0.001,0.005 g·m L-1对刺槐根系的生长、苗高和鲜重有促进作用;而对臭椿种子的萌发、根系的生长、苗高和鲜重的增加均表现促进作用。2种受体相比,刺槐对臭椿化感作用更敏感。5年生臭椿根系各浓度水浸提液对2种受体植物的抑制作用大于43年生臭椿根系水浸提液。Aqueous extracts（ 0. 001,0. 005,0. 010,0. 020 g·m L- 1） obtained from roots of Ailanthus altissima at different ages（ 5 years old and 43 years old） were prepared to deal with the seeds of A. altissima and Robinia pseudoacacia. The results showed that the effects of root aqueous extracts at different ages were different on the seed germination and seedling growth of two target species. The root extracts of 5 years inhibited seed germination,elongation of radicle extension of R. pseudoacacia and A. altissima.It also inhibited elongation of seedlings of R. pseudoacacia. The root extracts of 5 years inhibited elongation of seedlings and fresh weight of A. altissima at 0. 020 g·mL^- 1,and stimulated elongation of seedlings and fresh weight of A. altissima slightly at other concentrations. The root extracts of 43 years which inhibited seed germination of R. pseudoacacia stimulated seed germination,elongation of radicle extension and elongation of seedlings of A. altissima. It also stimulated the elongation of radicle extension and elongation of seedlings of R. pseudoacacia at 0. 001 and 0. 005 g·mL^- 1concentrations. In addition,R. pseudoacacia was more susceptible than A. altissima to the root aqueous extracts. At the same concentration,the inhibited effect of 5 years was higher than that of 43 years old on the two target species.
