摘　　要：针对基于斜率特征的模拟电路软故障诊断字典法中存在的容差问题,提出了基于蒙特卡罗(Monte Carlo,MC)仿真的测前仿真故障字典法,将电路容差允许范围的电路特征以及各元件发生故障的斜率特征建立统一的故障字典,用于测后故障检测及故障元件定位,不仅能判定待测电路参数是否在容差范围内,而且能诊断容差电路的软故障.论文给出了基于MC仿真的容差模拟电路故障字典建立的详细步骤,该容差处理方法仿真简单,易于实现,有利于基于斜率特征的故障字典法的进一步实用化.论文最后通过仿真实例验证了提出方法的有效性.For the soft fault dictionary method of analog circuit based on slope character,the tolerance problem is an important issue to be handled.Based on Monte Carlo simulation,a new fault dictionary method simulation before test is proposed.In the stage of simulation before test,the circuit features of states within allowed tolerance range and the slope characters of each component fault states are established as a unified fault dictionary;in the stage of diagnosis after test,the fault detection and fault location can be realized step by step based on the established fault dictionary,not only to determine whether the components parameters within the tolerance range,but also can diagnose soft fault of the tolerance circuit.The detailed procedure which establish fault dictionary of tolerance analog circuit based on MC simulation is given in this paper.The proposed approach of tolerance simulation is simple,easy to implement,and it is conducive to further practical application of the slope character based fault dictionary method.Finally,simulation results are demonstrated to verify the efficiency of the proposed method.
