摘  要:为了建立针对高精度机动车GPS测速仪的溯源途径,本文介绍了高精度机动车GPS测速仪的两种实验室校准技术,在(40~180)km/h范围内特定速度点,对同一台高精度机动车GPS测速仪分别进行了实验室模拟测速误差校准、现场道路实际测速误差校准和实验室GPS信号回放校准,并分别提供了采用该校准方法的不确定度评定实例结果,验证了高精度机动车GPS测速仪的模拟测速误差校准不确定度优于0.02%(k=2),卫星信号回放测速误差校准不确定度优于0.10%(k=2).两种校准方法均能够对高精度机动车GPS测速仪进行有效校准.经过校准的高精度机动车GPS测速仪在可用卫星数不少于6颗的使用环境下,能够满足现场测速标准器具的使用要求,具有广阔的应用前景.Aiming at establishing a traceability chain of GPS based on high accuracy speed meter for vehicle,Two methods of the calibration technology of GPS based on high presition speed meter for vehicle is presented in this paper.Simulated calibration,in-filed calibration and field test signal replay calibration were performed on particular speeds in the range of(40~180)km/h with the same GPS speed meter.Results of calibrations show that the relative expanded uncertainty of speed measurement error in simulated calibration is less than 0.02%(k=2),and the relative expanded uncertainty of signal replay calibration is less than 0.10%(k=2).Both calibration methods can perform the calibration of GPS speed meter effectively.Calibrated GPS based on high accuracy speed meter for vehicle can meet the requirements of the site's standard equipment.if no less than 6satellites are available.and it has prosperous future in the application of reference equipment for vehicle speed measurement.
