摘 要:目的 :应用流式细胞术 (FCM)测定血小板活化指标和白细胞粘附功能与冠心病 (CHD)的关系。方法 :利用FCM和单克隆抗体测定 2 2例稳定性心绞痛 (SAP组 )、2 5例不稳定性心绞痛 (UAP组 )和 3 5例急性心肌梗死 (AMI组 )患者的外周血血小板糖蛋白CD62P、CD63、凝血酶敏感蛋白 (TSP)和白细胞粘附分子CD1 1b/CD1 8的阳性表达率 ,并与 2 8例正常人作比较。结果 :UAP组和AMI组的CD62P、CD63、TSP和CD1 8的表达率均显著高于SAP组和正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,各组CD1 1b无显著性改变。结论 :血小板活化和白细胞粘附功能在UAP组和AMI组增强 ,参与了CHD尤其是UAP和AMI的发病过程 ;Objective: To assess the ability of flow cytometry (FCM) and fluorescently labeled antibodies to detect platelet activation,and leukocyte adhering molecules in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods:FCM and monoclonal antibody were used to measure the alpha granule membrane protein (CD62P), lysosomal GP53 (CD63), thrombin sensitive protein TSP and CD11b/CD18 in whole blood samples form 22 caces of stable angina pectoris (SAP), 25 caces of unstable angina pectoris (UAP),35 cares of acute myocardiol infarction (AMI) and 28 normal controls . Results: CD62P, CD63, TSP and CD18 in the patients with UAP and AMI were significantly higher than in those with SAP and normal controls (P<0.05), but there were no marked differences in CD11b among the different groups. Conclusion: These findings suggest that platelet activating and leukocyte adhering molecules are relate to the pathophysiological process of CHD, and FCM provides an accurate and reliable technique for measuring platelet activating and leukocyte adhering molecules.
