摘  要:目的 :探讨细胞因子在慢性鼻窦炎发病机理中的作用。方法 :应用免疫组化SABC法 ,对两型慢性鼻窦炎患者上颌窦粘膜内白细胞介素 1 (IL 1 )、IL 3、IL 5、IL 8和肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF) 5种细胞因子进行原位检测。结果 :慢性鼻窦炎Ⅰ型患者窦粘膜中IL 1、IL 3、IL 8、TNF及Ⅱ型患者窦粘膜中IL 5、IL 8、TNF阳性细胞数高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,鼻窦炎Ⅰ型窦粘膜IL 1和IL 3高于Ⅱ型 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,Ⅱ型中IL 5高于Ⅰ型 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :IL 1和IL 3在慢性鼻窦炎Ⅰ型ILObjective: To investigate the effect of the cytokines, including IL 1, IL 3, IL 5, IL 8 and TNF in the pathogenesis of chronic sinusitis. Methods: Immunohistochemical streptavidin biotin peroxidae complex (SABC) method was used to investigate the expression of IL 1,IL 3,IL 5,IL 8 and TNF in mucosa of the maxillary sinus in two types of chronic sinusitis. Results: Significantly larger numbers of IL 1 ,IL 3,IL 8 and TNF cells were detected in the mucosa of type Ⅰ sinusitis than in the healthy control group and the numbers of IL 5,IL 8 and TNF cell in the mucosa of the type Ⅱ were larger than that in the control group. The numbers of IL 1 and IL 3 cells in the mucosa of type Ⅰ sinusitis were larger than those in type Ⅱ but the number of IL 5 cells in the mucosa of type Ⅱ was larger than that in typeⅠ. Conclusion: IL 1 and IL 3 play important roles in the pathogenesis of typeⅠ,and so does IL 5 in the pathogenesis of typeⅡ.
