摘 要:为了解东洞庭湖地区野禽驯养繁殖基地禽流感病毒感染状况,2011年11月至2013年10月,调查4家野禽驯养繁殖基地的养殖情况,同时采集环境标本(包括新鲜粪便标本和水标本)。利用PCR和病毒分离方法对标本进行检测。部分标本进行了核酸检测,禽流感病毒(AIV)阳性率为36.62%,2012年3月份阳性率最高(47.83%)。粪便标本、水标本的AIV阳性率分别为40.45%、30.19%,二者无统计学差异。共分离到28株AIV病毒,亚型包括H10、H4、H5和N7、N8,集中于11∽12月的标本,主要来源于君山区野禽驯养繁殖基地的雁类和野鸭的新鲜粪便标本。野禽驯养基地的环境标本中存在AIV病毒,以A(H10N7)为主,建议对其进行定期监测。We carried out a survey to understand avian influenza virus(AIV) infection status in the captive wild birds farmed at Eastern Dongting Lake, China. We collected 1 997 environmental samples, including fresh fecal and water samples, from 4 captive wild bird farms in the Eastern Dongting Lake area from November 2011 to October 2013. Environmental samples were tested for the presence of avian influenza virus using quantitative PCR assay and virus isolation technique. The results were analyzed using SPSS and excel software. AIV prevalence of as detected in part samples was 36.62%, and it was the highest(47.83%) in March 2012(Fig. 2). The positive rates of AIV from fecal samples and water samples were 40.45%, 30.19%(Table 1), respectively, and there was no statistical difference between the both by χ2 test. We isolated 26 and 2 AIVs from the fecal samples and drinking water, respectively, including H10, H4, H5, and N7, N8. Most AIVs were found in November and December(Fig. 1), primarily from fecal samples of wild ducks in Junshan district(Table 2). Therefore, the AIVs were found from the environmental samples collected from captive wild bird farms, and measures monitoring AIVs in Dongting lake throughout the year should be implemented.
