摘  要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)和原子吸收光谱法(AAS),对成年褐马鸡卵壳、羽毛和机体不同器官中Fe、K、Zn、Mn、Cu、Ni、Cr、Mo、Pb、Cd等10种矿物元素进行了测定。应用两个独立样本检验的方法进行了元素含量的差异分析,应用Pearson相关系数进行了两变量关联性分析。结果表明:褐马鸡卵壳、羽毛中10种矿物元素的含量与机体器官中的含量无显著差异,卵壳、羽毛内矿物元素的含量与机体大多数器官的含量呈正相关关系,并且绝大部分呈显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)正相关。通过测定褐马鸡卵壳、羽毛中的矿物元素含量,可以用来评估和掌握野生褐马鸡种群的营养、生理、繁育和生态环境的准确信息。10mineral elements in the egg shells,feathers and internal organs of adult Brown-eared pheasants,namely Fe,K,Zn,Mn,Cu,Ni,Cr,Mo,Pb and Cd were studied by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES)and Atomic Absorption Spectrum(AAS),moreover.the relationship among those elements was tested by independent sample Mann-Whitney Utest,Wilcoxon W test and Pearson correlation coefficient.The results showed that there were no significant difference of mineral elements contents between egg shells/feathers and internal organs(P〉0.05).The contents of mineral elements in the egg shells and feathers were positively correlative to those in internal organs,most of which were significant(P〈0.05)or highly significant(P〈0.01)positively correlative.By detecting the mineral elements in the egg shells/feathers,it suggested that the constitution of mineral elements in the body of the Brown-eared pheasant could be used to evaluating nutritional status of the population of the Browneared pheasant and the information of their physiological conditions and ecological environment,moreover.
