类风湿关节炎血清标本库的构建及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨类风湿关节炎血清标本库的创建及管理方法,合理利用标本资源,为临床及类风湿关节炎的防治研究提供平台。方法收集类风湿关节炎患者外周血标本,分离血清、血浆和血细胞,按照标本入库编号进行登记,-80℃低温冷冻保存;同时建立血清标本库的信息管理系统,以便于标本及临床资料数据的收集管理、查询及调用。结果已收集了类风湿关节炎患者不同分期的血清共326份,血浆261份,淋巴细胞213份。并对所收集标本的流行病学及临床资料整理后归档管理。结论初步建立了具有一定数量的类风湿关节炎血清标本库,为今后相关的类风湿关节炎研究提供服务平台。Objective To explore the methods to establish a rheumatoid arthritis serum specimen bank and information management system, rational use of resources specimen, which are important to establish a platform for rheumatoid arthritis research. Methods Blood samples were collected from rheumatoid arthritis patients, specimens of serum, plasma and lymphocytes were separated and stored at -80 ℃ after registration. The patient＇s information was entered into the database. Results 326 portions of serum, 261 portions of plasma and 213 portions of lymphocyte were collected, the donors＇ information of epidemiology, clinical records were documented. Conclusion A rheumatoid arthritis serum specimen bank have been established initially, which can provide quality samples and related clinical information for rheumatoid arthritis research.
