摘　　要：目的总结小儿氯氮平集体中毒的临床表现、急救处理和护理措施。方法回顾性分析2014年7月15日收治的3例小儿氯氮平集体中毒的临床表现,紧急救治,护理,安全转院过程。结果 3例小儿均及时成功转上级医院进一步救治。结论仔细问诊及明确毒物,彻底洗胃,快速评估中毒的严重性,密切观察病情变化及时转诊,为抢救赢得宝贵时间。Objective To summarize the clinical manifestations of children with clozapine collective poisoning, emergency treatment and nursing measures. Methods A retrospective analysis on July 15, 2014 were 3 cases of infantile clozapine collective poisoning clinical manifestation, emergency treatment and nursing, security transfer process. Results 3 cases of infantile timely transfer successfully with the superior hospital for further treatment. Conclusion Carefully interrogation and poison, thoroughly gastric lavage, quickly assess the severity of poisoning, close observation condition changes timely referral, win precious time for rescue.
