摘　　要：急诊患者多发病急、病情复杂而且患者及家属的情绪也是极不稳定,护士除了要具有娴熟的护理操作技能和理论知识外,还要了解和掌握急诊患者的心理状态及心理护理要点,这样才能更好的和患者沟通,使患者就诊时有安全感,增加满意度,减少护患纠纷的发生,从而积极配合治疗,达到满意和康复。Patients presenting to the emergency department with acute onset, the condition is complex and the number of patients and their families the mood is very unstable, nurses in addition to a skilled nursing skills and theoretical knowledge, but also to understand and grasp the psychological state of emergency patients and nursing, so as to better and communication with patients, so that patients have a sense of security, increase satisfaction, reduce nursing disputes, and actively cooperate with the treatment and rehabilitation, satisfactory.
