自体真皮游离移植在乳房再造术中的应用

摘　　要：目的：研究并评价自体真皮游离移植在乳房再造中的治疗效果。方法回顾分析自2013年5月至2014年1月，乳腺癌行保留乳头乳晕/保留皮肤的乳腺切除术后，即刻假体置入乳房再造并同期放入自体游离真皮组织的6例患者。术后随访6∽14个月。结果6例患者移植真皮组织均存活良好，供区无并发症，移植区覆盖组织厚度明显增加，外观质地改善，无感染、血肿、血清肿等并发症产生。结论对于乳腺癌行保留乳头乳晕/保留皮肤的乳腺切除术后放置假体再造乳房的患者，自体真皮游离移植能增加局部组织覆盖，改善局部外观和质地，减少假体外露的发生，且并无明显并发症发生。Objective To assess the effect of autologous dermal free graft in breast reconstruction. Methods A retrospective review was performed on 6 patients who underwent immediately breast reconstruction with prosthesis and autologous dermal free graft after mammectomy with nipple/areola and skin reservation from April of 2013 to January of 2014. Results The implant positioning and contour of all the 6 patients were excel-lent without infection, hematoma or seroma. Conclusion Autologous dermal grafts could be effectively used for the patients who underwent mammectomy with nipple/areola and skin reservation with a low complication rate and excellent aesthetic results.
