摘  要:目的 研究碳酸锂对雌性小鼠卵母细胞功能的影响。方法 采用小鼠卵母细胞体外培养、体外受精等方法研究了碳酸锂处理对小鼠卵母细胞成熟、受精能力的影响。结果 碳酸锂可以抑制小鼠卵母细胞第一极体的释放率(对照组为 62 99% ,3mg/kg组为 52 63 % ,6mg/kg组为 2 8 0 9% ) ,降低卵母细胞的体外受精率 (对照组为 71 43% ,3mg/kg组为 49 48% ,6mg/kg组为 9 59% )。结论 碳酸锂可以破坏卵母细胞的成熟 。Objective To study the effect of lithium carbonate on female mouse oocyte. Methods The effect of lithium carbonate on meiotic maturation and fertilization ability of mouse oocyte were studied by in vitro culture and fertilization (IVF) of mouse oocyte. Results The results showed that lithium carbonate could inhibit the extruding of the first polar body (control group 62 99%, 3 mg/kg 52 63%, 6 mg/kg 28 09%), and reduce the rate of IVF (control group 71 43%, 3 mg/kg 49 48%, 6 mg/kg 9 59%) of female mouse oocytes. Conclusion It suggested that lithium carbonate might be hazardous to the meiotic maturation of mouse oocyte and could reduce the fertility of female mouse oocyte.
