“和谐使命-2013”住院手术患者病种分析和医务人员配置需求探讨

摘　　要：目的：分析“和谐使命－2013”国外医疗服务过程中外科手术病例特点，探讨境外医疗活动过程中医疗人员配备需求。方法回顾性分析医院船出访各国收治外科患者情况，对手术病种、麻醉方式等进行统计，对比医院船人员配置及实际展开时人员需求情况。结果共收治手术患者142例，含外籍人员120例，其中全麻手术35例（24．6％），硬膜外麻醉11例（7．7％）。手术病种主要集中在骨科（33．1％）、普通外科（包括肝胆）（26．8％）、眼科（21．8％）、耳鼻喉科（12．0％）等。结论境外医疗活动因为泊位时间短等因素，手术主要以骨科、普通外科、眼科等为主，对于“和平方舟”号医院船以后类似任务中人员配置及手术物品准备等方面提出了可供参考的建议。Objective To analyze the features of surgical cases in the foreign medical service , and also to investigate manning requirements of the medical staff during “Mission Harmony-2013”.Methods A retrospective analysis of the admission and treatment of surgical patients during the medical tour of the hospital ship to foreign countries , then statistical analyses were made concerning surgical categories and anesthetic modes, and finally, the manning of medical personnel during the deployment was compared with the practical manning requirements in actual deployment .Results A total of 142 surgical patients were admitted and treated, including 120 foreign patients, of whom 35 received surgery under general anesthesia （accounting for 24.6%） and 11 had surgery under peridural anesthesia （accounting for 7.7%）.Surgical categories were mostly orthopedics （33.1%）, general surgery, including heptobiliary surgery （26.8%）, ophthalmology （21.8%） and otorhinolaryngology （12.0%）.Conclusions Due to such restricting factors as short berthing time, surgeries mainly concentrated on orthopedics , general surgery and ophthalmology .The medical tour undertaken by the hospital ship “Ark Peace” provided good evidence for the manning of medical personnel and preparation of surgical devices in future identical missions .
