摘　　要：目的：推动《高压氧临床应用技术规范》的宣传贯彻和实施。方法对上海市已开展医用高压氧治疗的医疗机构进行专题调查和分析。结果多数医疗机构仍缺少相应完善的组织管理制度。高压氧临床应用涉及多学科，人员专业技术水平有待进一步提高。结论需持续加大对《高压氧临床应用技术规范》的宣传力度，完善组织制度，加强对高压氧医务人员的技术培训。Objective To promote the publicizing and implementation of “The technical specifications of hyperbaric oxygen clinical application”.Methods Special investigations and analyses were made in the medical facilities in shanghai which were conducting HBO therapy .Results Most medical facilities are still lacking in appropriate management systems .The HBO clinical application involves multi-disciplines, the technical level of professionals needs further improved .Conclusions Greater efforts should be made to publicize “The technical specifications of hyperbaric oxygen clinical application ” , perfect related management system and enhance training of HBO medical professionals .
