摘  要:文章设计了一类适用于风机、水泵负载节能运行的数字式交流变频调速控制器。设计了以8098单片机为控制核心变频调速装置,采用IGBT作为主功率器件,以EXB841集成驱动器构成IGBT的驱动电路,对故障检测电路等进行了硬件设计,并做了详细的分析。采用恒VVVF控制规律和规则采样法的SPWM控制算法,控制电动机的运转实现变频调速,同时对系统软件进行设计,结果表明,该装置在整个调频范围内运行可靠。This paper designs a kind of suitable for fan, water pump load digital AC variable frequency speed controller for energy saving operation. The design of the control core of variable frequency speed regulation device based on 8098 single chip, using IGBT as the main power devices, drive circuit to drive EXB841 IGBT integrated form, to the fault detection circuit of the hardware design, and has made the detailed analysis. Using constant VVVF control law and rule sampling method of SPWM control algorithm, control the operation of the electric motor to realize the variable frequency speed regulation, while the design of the system software, the results show that, the device reliable operation in the whole frequency range.
