论制度阐释的三种范式

摘　　要：制度问题涵盖社会生活的各个领域,制度研究涉及到政治、经济、法律、管理和哲学等诸多学科,不同领域、不同学科对制度的理解是不一样的,其制度研究对象、研究方法、研究范式和路径依赖也有很大差异。概括起来,制度研究的范式或路径有三种:一是制度阐释的实证-科学范式,二是制度阐释的文化-文明范式,三是制度阐释的哲学-反思范式。Institutional issues cover every field of social life,and institutionalresearch is related to politics,economy,law,management,philosophy,and many other disciplines. However,institution is interpreted differently in different fields,leading to different research objects,research methods,research paradigms,and research paths. Generally speaking,there are three paradigms or paths,the first is empirical-scientific paradigm,the second is culturecivilization paradigm,and the third is philosophy-reflection paradigm.
