摘  要:为实现中国生态文明的发展及生态城市的建设,海绵城市技术的应用是我国城市自然式雨洪管控的核心手段。首先对国外发达国家的雨洪管理和技术应用进行了论述,然后,对海绵城市及其相关理论(最佳管理措施、低影响开发和绿色基础设施)进行了辨识,在此基础上对海绵城市建设的目标、内容和途径进行了系统的分析,并借鉴国外的实践案例,结合我国城市建设的特点,提出了适于我国海绵城市建设的发展策略,以指导我国海绵城市的建设,推动生态文明的发展。In order to promote the development of ecological civilization and the construction of the ecological city, the techniques of sponge city were used as the critical approaches for natural rainwater management. Firstly, the theories and methods of rainwater management in developed countries were discussed. By means of the identification of related theories, as BMPs, LID and Green Infrastructure, the aims, contents and approaches of sponge city construction were analyzed. Referring the practices in the developed countries, as well as the characteristics of the Chinese cities, the constructive approaches were proposed to provide theoretical foundation for sponge city construction and promote the development of ecological civilization.
