摘　　要：青少年犯罪是当今全球城市发展面临的一个重大问题。香港社会预防青少年犯罪的主要做法包括强化专职机构建设、构建多元综合服务网络、营造良好社会氛围、推行新高中学制、实施警司警讯计划、开展禁毒教育和服务等。国内其他城市和地区为了有效防范青少年犯罪,应该加强专业机构建设、综合服务体系建构、以家庭为主的核心价值体系建设、依法维护青少年合法权益等工作。Juvenile crime is a major problem faced by current global cities development. The main methods of I-long Kong society to prevent teenagers crime including strengthening professional construction, building multivariate comprehensive service network, creating a good social atmosphere, implementing police alerts of new senior secondary education program and carrying out anti-drug education and service, etc. In order to effectively prevent juvenile crime,China domestic cities and regions should strengthen the construction of professional bodies and comprehensive service system, give priority to construction value system with family＇ s core, and maintain teenager legitimate rights and interests of work in accordance with the law.
