摘　　要：在城市扩张、乡村旅游兴起的社会背景下,乡土建筑面临严峻的生存挑战。适应性改造为乡土建筑的继承保护提供了新的可能。本文运用"二元观"的分析框架,梳理反思笔者在广西涠洲岛"七月"青年旅舍的乡土建筑改造实践,以期透过改造过程中的复杂性及内在的辩证关系,来窥见乡土建筑改造的本质价值所在。Vernacular architecture face the grim challenge under the background of urban expansion and rural tourism,and adaptability improvment to vernacular architecture provided a new possibility for inheritance protection, In this paper,author analyses vernacular architecture practice of ＂July＂ youth hostel in weizhou island in the analytical framework of ＂dualism＂ . to pursue the nature of vernacular architecture value, passing through the complexity and inherent dialectical relationship in the process of transformation.
