历史街区改造新模式探究——以武汉市昙华林片区为例

摘　　要：在如今增量规划转存量规划的大背景下,全国各地都在进行着历史街区的改造,虽然部分案例在商业价值与经营运作方面取得了重大的成功,但是在城市历史文脉的保留方面却并不到位。而武汉市的昙华林片区基于其独特的历史地位与多元的文化特色,正在实践中探索一种创新的改造更新模式,本文旨在研究该片区的创新模式,以期能为其他地区的历史街区改造提供借鉴。With the transformation from incremental planning to stock planning, plenty of cities are busy conducting reconstruction of the historic district. Although some cases achieved significant success in terms of business value and business operation, in the aspect of reserving in the urban historical context was not in place. Tanhualin in Wuhan based on its unique historical status and diverse cultural characteristics is exploring an innovative renovation mode in the practice. The paper aims to study innovative mode in this area, hoping to provide a reference for historical district reconstruction in other regions.
