摘 要:报导了一套可利用电厂冷凝热的海水淡化系统。系统类似一个打开的环路热管,毛细抽吸力是系统运行的主要驱动力,该驱动力抽吸海水进入毛细芯中发生相变,推动产生的蒸汽进入冷凝器中冷凝成淡水,而不消耗额外电能。在粤电靖海发电有限公司建立一套示范系统,利用#2汽机低温抽汽(约60℃)作为热源,现场条件产水能力为58.3 L/h,产水TDS含量为40.3 mg/L,水质超过饮用水标准。毛细芯中的弯液面可以自适应外界热源,在55~70℃间都能自适应正常运行。We demonstrate a novel capillary-driven seawater desahnation system,that utilizes power plant condenser heat.The essence of the system is an open loop heat pipe.Capillary pressure is developed in the wick as the main driving force,pumping seawater into the wick and compelling the produced vapor into the condenser,where the vapor is then condensed into freshwater instead without any additional power.An industrial desalination demonstration unit has been established at Guangdong Yudeam power plant.The low temperature extraction about 60℃ from #2 stream turbine was considered as heat source.Production rate of 58.3 L/h can be achieved and the TDS(total dissolvable solids) is 40.3 mg/L,far beyond the standard for drinking water.The meniscus,in the wick,can self-adjust the balance by the angularity change of meniscus curvature such that it can meet the varied pressure gradient to work smoothly at 55~70℃.
