摘 要:本文基于1991—2013年中国省域数据,使用传统计量模型和空间计量模型对区域产业品牌效应与产业集聚之间的关系进行了实证分析,结果表明,我国省域产业集聚存在着空间自相关,与传统计量模型相比,空间计量模型更为适合。进一步研究可以发现,区域产业品牌对本地产业集聚具有促进作用;产业集聚不仅受到本地区区域产业品牌的积极影响,还受到周边地区产业集聚与区域产业品牌的负面影响。因此,应加大政府对区域产业品牌的支持力度,引导区域产业品牌向绿色化和高级化发展;以信息化为平台,充分发挥市场机制对区域产业品牌的指导作用;加强不同地区间区域产业品牌的多层次合作,促进产业结构调整和升级。同时,促进金融创新,为区域产业品牌发展提供多渠道金融支持。In recent years, the phenomenon of regional economic non balanced development in China have be- come prominent increasingly. Therefore, change the mode of economic growth, adjustment and upgrading of the in- dustrial structure has become one of the key approach in current years. In addition, based on the development of China's economy and industry, in order to promote the industrial structure upgrade, it is essential to strengthen the industrial agglomeration development and regional industrial brand building. But it is worth noticing that the region- al industrial brand shows different trend of development. On one side, the original industrial agglomeration regions of the industry have declined a lot, for example, the "Jingdezhen Ceramic". On the other side, the original indus- trial agglomeration regional industry has not moved to the inland yet, many of them still in the original area agglom- eration, for example, "Wenzhou shoes", "Yangjiang tool" and "Lecong furniture". So, the question comes out. Firstly, why some areas will appear industrial dispersion exactly, and some areas of the industry is still concentrated in the original region? Secondly, how to ensure the sustained and healthy development of the industrial agglomera- tion under the new economic norm? With the above questions, it is certain that the research on these problems has some theoretical value and practical significance. Study on industrial agglomeration from the perspective of regional industry brand is the recent development trend, but empirical study is rare. This paper make empirical analyses on the relationship between the industrial agglomeration and regional industry brand by using of traditional econometric model and spatial econometric model based on Chinese interprovincial panel data set of yearly observations converting the time period 1991-2013.
