摘 要:目的评价糖尿病风险评估(e Zscan)系统在朝觐人群中筛查糖尿病的价值。方法在2013-2014年参加朝觐体检的382名受检者中,同时开展空腹血糖等生化检查和e Zscan检测。以空腹血糖值为参考标准,应用受试者工作特征曲线确定筛查阳性截断值,四格表法计算灵敏度、特异度。结果所有受检者中血糖≥7.0的有41例(10.73%),且随着空腹血糖的不断增高,朝觐人员手平均电导率及脚平均电导率也在逐渐升高,且差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。e Zscan检测糖代谢异常的曲线下面积为0.67(95%CI:0.59~0.69),为筛查最佳截断值,对应的筛查糖尿病最佳截断值取37.5%,灵敏度为65.9%,特异度为65.1%。结论 e Zscan在朝觐人员中筛查糖尿病具有较高的应用价值。Objective To evaluate the value of e Zscan system in screening of diabetes in those for Hajj. Methods Fasting blood sugar test and e Zscan detection were taken in 382 participants who were going to Hajj from 2013 to2014. ROC curves was used to calculate sensitivity and specificity, and the level of fasting blood glucose was considered as standard reference. Results There were 41 participants met the diabetes diagnostic criteria. With the increasing of the fasting glucose level, the hand average conductivity and the foot average conductivity increased significantly(P 〈0.05). The area under curve for e Zscan detection was 0.73(95%CI:0.64-0.83) at the cut-off point of 37.5%, consequently, the sensitivity was 65.9% and specificity was 65.1%. Conclusion e Zscan system has a high application value in the screening of diabetes in those people for Hajj.
