银翘解毒软胶囊GC指纹图谱分析

摘　　要：目的:建立银翘解毒软胶囊的气相指纹图谱。方法:采用5%二苯基,95%二甲基聚硅氧烷为固定相的毛细管柱(30mm×0.32 mm×0.25μm,Agilent HP-5),柱温为程序升温,流速1.0 m L.min-1。测定10批银翘解毒软胶囊,建立其气相指纹图谱。结果:指纹图谱中共标记了16个共有峰,10批银翘解毒软胶囊指纹图谱相似度均大于0.99。结论:该方法具有良好的精密度、重复性、稳定性,可用于银翘解毒软胶囊质量的综合评价。Objective:To establish the Yinqiao Jiedu soft capsules by gas chromatographic fingerprint. Method: Use 5% two-two,95% dimethyl polysiloxane as stationary phase of copillary column(30mm×0.32 mm×0.25μm,Agilent HP-5),The column temperature progammed heating,flow rate was 1.0 m L.min-1.Detection of 10 batches of Yinqiao Jiedu soft capsules to establish the GC fingerprint. Results: Under these selecled Spectum condition,16 common peaks were marked in fingerprints of 10 batches of Yinqiao Jiedu soft caosules,the similarity of 10 batches soft capsules were more than 0.99. Conclusion:This method had good percision、repeatability and stability,which were satisfied to compehensive evaluation for quality of Yinqiao Jiedu soft capsules.
