摘  要:土地是人类生存之本,生态环境是人类健康和发展之源,人口膨胀、资源枯竭以及环境污染等问题的日渐突显,迫使人们进一步重视人类未来与持续发展问题,重视土地利用的节约集约性和生态环境的可持续性。为保护区域生态环境、实现城乡区域生态安全格局,深入剖析市域绿地概念内涵及特点,从分析当前市域绿地管控瓶颈入手,提出分类分级分单元的管控对策,即基于生态服务功能的分类管控,基于生态敏感性分析的分级管控和基于分工协调的分单元管控,并从注重"量"和提升"质"两方面确定管控内容,使生态保护及区域生态安全格局构建具有切实的可操作性,为城乡统筹下的区域绿色基础设施的建设实践夯实基础。Land is the basis to human's survival and the ecological environment is the source of human health and development. The increasingly serious problems such as population expansion, resource exhaustion and environmental pollution force people to attach importance to human future and sustainable development issues, as well as the economical intensive land use and the sustainability of ecological environment. To protect regional ecological environment and realize the regional ecological security pattern of urban and rural areas, the concept and characteristics of green space in municipal administrative areas was discussed. Based on the bottleneck of current control of green space in municipal administrative areas, hierarchical classification unit control modes were proposed. These modes included classified controls of the ecology service, ecological sensitivity analysis and coordination. The contents of control should be focused on the quantity and quality, which would ensuae the feasibility of constructing ecological preservation areas and regional ecological security pattern and lay a foundation for the practice of constructing regional green infrastructure under the integration of urban and rural areas.
