摘　　要：文章根据对四川D县陈村和东村的回访调研,论述远郊、近郊地理区位不同的两个村庄在规划建设实施中的问题,讨论规划师、建筑师介入农村建设的方法,探讨目前农村的困境与新农村建设的三个基本问题。文章认为,要解决农村问题,就必须将农村纳入到资本积累的一元架构中,而不能只把城市作为资本积累的空间,农村仅作为计划性的、被分配的空间;在物质空间生产方面,对待"远郊型"和"近郊型"两种典型的农村需要采取不同的方式。Based on the investigation process of Dong village （close to the city） and Chert village （far from the city） , the diverse relationships of different groups involved during the planning and construction of these two villages are described. The problems of the implementation of planning and design of thesetwo villages of distinct locations are discussed. The predicament of the countryside and the architect＇s approach to introducing inventions into New Village Development are analyzed. Three fundamental issues of current New Village Development are also examined. Moreover, the author suggests that the solution of village development should be identified in the process of capital accumulation. Currently, the urban areas are essentially spaces of capital while the rural areas are planned and allocated spaces.
