高层商业综合体中人流、空间与功能研究——以3个轨道交通商业综合体为例

摘　　要：对上海与香港的3个高层商业综合体的人流分布情况进行了调研分析,对功能与空间分别进行了测量;尝试将功能与空间组构特征进行整合,提出了业态的空间系数与业态的深度系数2个组合变量;并进行了空间、功能与人流分布的相关性和多元回归分析。In the research of pedestrian distribution in three rail transit commercial complexes in Shanghai and Hong Kong,space and function are measured.With additional attempt to integrate function with spatial configuration,two combination variables,spatial coefficient of function and spatial depth coefficient of function were presented.The paper also performed the correlation and multiple regression analyses of space,function and pedestrian distribution.
