摘　　要：国家高度重视生产性服务业的发展。基于此,研究针对目前产业发展中存在的专业规划指导不足、用地分类标准不明晰、规划指标体系不适应市场需求、国土供地标准不清晰、涉农生产性服务业用地规划管理缺位和工业用地开发实施缺乏监管等问题,从规划指标体系构建、规划编制引导、供地和监管机制等方面提出生产性服务业用地规划管理的应对策略,以规范引导生产性服务业创新发展,从而有效促进产城融合、城乡空间的协调发展。The paper ifrstly studies problems of productive service industry development in planning guidance, land category, land parameter system, land supply standards, and agricultural and industrial land regulations, then raises strategies from planning index system, planning compilation, and land supply and supervision. The measures wil regulate productive service development, and promote industry-city integration and coordinate urban rural space development.
