寒地建筑绿色度评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：通过分析寒地建筑节能现状及我国现有评价体系所面临的困境,引入绿色度评价的概念,从生态经济平衡度、运行舒适度、社会区域协调度及机制绿色度等方面探讨绿色度评价体系的多项评价指标,结合寒地的气候状况,对现有绿色度评价指标体系进行了修正,以此丰富我国现存单一的评价体系,弥补现有评价体系中过多强调使用后评价而忽视设计阶段诸多因素的缺陷。Through the analysis of the building energy saving situation in the cold region and the problems met by the building evaluation system, this paper introduces the concept of the green degree, and study the index system in the aspects of the ecological economic balance degree, operation comfort degree, regional coordination degree and mechanism green degree. This paper fixes the evaluation index system according to the climatic situation in cold region. This paper aims to enrich the single evaluation system and make up the defects of too much emphasis on the after using evaluation and the ignorance on the design phase.
