历史街区使用者改造感受差异研究——以横道河子镇历史街区为例

摘　　要：通过介绍横道河子历史街区保护发展规划的基本概况,揭示不同属性使用者(居民与游客)对历史街区评价的差异性特征。借助使用后评价(POE)理论,采用深入访谈法、行为调查法及问卷调查法详细了解居民与游客的空间感受差异并分析原因,在此基础上提出下一步改造策略与建议,旨在为历史街区保护规划提供重要的决策参考信息。By introducing the basic situation of development planning of protecting Hengdaohezi Town historical block, this paper reveals the users＇（residents and tourists） evaluations to the historical block. By using post occupancy evaluation（POE） theory, this research applies the methods of in-depth interview, behavior investigation, and questionaire survey in order to understand the difference of the residents＇ and visitors＇ feelings of space in details, and to analyze the cause of this difference. Based on this, this paper proposes reform strategies and suggestions for the next step, aiming at providing important reference information for the development planning of protecting historical districts.
