摘 要:探讨低温、弱光及盐胁迫三重逆境胁迫下不同辣椒品种生长和生理特性,为日光温室品种选择提供理论依据。以‘陇椒2号’、‘陇椒5号’、‘享椒新冠龙’7叶1心幼苗为试材,采用昼/夜温度为25℃/5℃,光照为8000 lx,昼/夜光周期为8 h/16 h和200μmol/L Na Cl溶液同时处理幼苗15天后,测定了不同品种辣椒幼苗株高、根长、茎粗等生长指标和幼苗SOD活性和MDA含量等生理指标,采用平均隶数函数值法对参试辣椒品种的抗性进行了综合评定。结果表明,处理和对照相比,辣椒株高、根长、茎粗、SOD活性均有不同程度的下降,MDA含量增加;‘陇椒5号’平均隶数函数值最大,其次为‘陇椒2号’,‘享椒新冠龙’最小。低温、弱光及盐胁迫三重逆境胁迫下,辣椒生长和生理指标都有不同程度的变化。‘陇椒5号’和‘陇椒3号’适宜河西地区日光温室长季节栽培,‘享椒新冠龙’适宜早春栽培。In order to provide references for the varieties choice of sunlight greenhouse, the growth andphysiological characteristics of different pepper varieties' seedling were studied under low temperature, weaklight and salt stress conditions in this paper. The seedling physiological indexes of MDA content, SOD activityand seedling growth indexes of height, root length and stem diameter on the different varieties of pepperseedling were determined with the 25℃ of day temperature and 5℃ of night temperature, 8000 lx of lightintensity, 8 h of day light cycle and 16 h of night light cycle and pepper varieties seedling of 200 μmol/L Na Clsolution and 15 days in pepper seedling of 7 leaf stage on ‘Longjiao 2', ‘Longjiao 5' and‘Hengjiaoxinguanlong'as test materials. The comprehensive evaluation of pepper varieties resistance wasstudied by the method of the average number of subordinate function values. The results showed that,compared with that of CK, plant height, root length, stem diameter, SOD enzyme activity of pepper seedlingdecreased for different degrees. The MDA content increased. The average number of subordinate function valueof‘Longjiao 5'was the largest, followed by‘Longjiao2', and the average number of subordinate function value of‘Hengjiaoxinguanlong'was the minimum. The growth and physiological indicators of pepper seedlinghad different degrees of change under low temperature and weak light and salt stress conditions.‘Longjiao 5'and‘Longjiao 3'were suitable for long season cultivation in Hexi area greenhouse.‘Hengjiaoxinguanlong'was suitable for early spring greenhouse crop cultivation.
