摘  要:根据首秦公司热电系统存在高炉煤气发散、自发电率不高、余热资源利用不高等问题,借鉴国内先进钢铁企业余热利用成功经验,并结合自身实际,采取高炉煤气综合利用发电、烧结余热发电和高炉冲渣水余热供暖等低温低压余热资源利用节能措施,提升二次能源的高效利用水平,实现节能降本,体现社会责任。Blast-furnace gas emission, less self-generating, and unused waste heating existed in Shouqin Company. According to this, the successful experiences of waste heat utilization in advanced steel enterprises were adopted with Shouqin's practice, such as using blast furnace gas to generate electricity, exploring the waste heating during sinter cooling to generate electricity and collecting waste heating of the water for cooling blast furnace slag, which helped to improve the utilization level of secondary energy, cut the energy cost and reflect the enterprise's social responsibility.
