摘　　要：燕侯载簋是十分重要的燕系文字资料。本文考释了其中的"卬"和"无争"两个疑难字词,讨论了它们的含义,对于探讨燕国世系以及燕文化与中原文化之间的关系具有重要的价值。The inscriptions of the Yanhouzaigui have been recognized as an important piece of textual records,This article tries to clarify the meaning of two key terms‘ang ＇（ 卬） and‘wuzheng ＇（ 无争,or no struggle） in the inscriptions. The clarification sheds new light on the genealogy of the Yan marquis family and the cultural connection between the Central Plains and the Yan state.
