摘　　要：契约研究由来已久。随着契约文书资料的大量发现,契约学渐成显学,彰显了契约文书的学术价值。论证了契约文书研究与图书馆契约收藏的关系,并对图书馆契约文书的收藏、开发、利用提出了对策与建议。Contract research has been a long-standing problem. Along with the discovery of a large number of contractual documents,the contract research becomes an important subject which highlights the academic value of contractual documents. This paper discusses the relationship between contractual documents research and library＇s contract collection,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the collection,utilization and utilization of the contractual documents in the library.
