中药对2型糖尿病模型胰岛β细胞凋亡的保护作用及机制研究

摘　　要：2型糖尿病是由多种病因引起的以慢性高血糖为特征的复杂代谢性紊乱疾病,胰岛β细胞凋亡是其主要的病理基础之一,寻找保护胰岛β细胞凋亡的药物现已成为该领域研究的热点。近年的研究发现许多中药对胰岛β细胞具有保护作用。本文对具有保护2型糖尿病胰岛β细胞凋亡作用的中药及其机制进行回顾。Type 2 diabetes,a complex metabolic disorder characterized by chronic hyperglycemia,is caused by a variety of etiology. The apoptosis of islet β cells is one of its main pathological basis,to research and develop new drugs for protecting islet β cells apoptosis has becoming a hot spot in this field. Recently,more and more traditional Chinese medicine with protective effect on islet β cells apoptosis have been found. This paper reviewed the protective effects and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine on islet β cell apoptosis in type 2 diabetes model.
