摘  要:连云港市黄化制钙有限公司是利用两效自然循环蒸发工艺生产40%中浓度钙液,在实际生产中存在高能耗、高排放的问题。蒸发1 m3含钙量300 g/L的钙液至含钙量530 g/L的钙液蒸汽单耗达到0.4 t。为了较好的解决这个问题,公司将蒸发除盐工段的两效自然循环工艺改为三效强制循环工艺,蒸发1 m3含钙量300 g/L的钙液至含钙量530 g/L的钙液蒸汽单耗达到0.3 t。改造后,达到节能目标。Lianyungang Huanghua calcium producing Co. Ltd. uses the two effect evaporation process of natural circulation to produce 40% concentrated liquid calcium,which has high energy consumption and high emission problems in practice. Consumption of steam reached 0. 4 tons for evaporation of liquid calcium content of 300 g / L to 530 g / L in 1 m3 calcium. In order to solve this problem,the company changed salt removing evaporation for the three effects of forced circulation process instead of the two effects of natural circulating process,which liquid calcium steam evaporation consumption reached 0. 3 tons for calcium content of 530 g / L to 300 g / L in 1 m3 calcium. Then the energy saving goal was achieved.
