摘　　要：通过对双级推料离心机筛网磨损的研究,针对筛网间隙因尖角磨损造成的失效,对筛网的形式进行优化设计。通过实际的应用,确定了该结构可增加筛网的使用寿命,提高离心机的分离性能。Through the study of two- stage pusher centrifuge screen wear,the design of the screen form was optimized for the failure of the screen space due to the sharp corners wear. Through practical application,it determined the structure of the screen to increase the service life,which improved the separation performance of the centrifuge.
