热淋清颗粒对慢性盆腔炎大鼠的治疗作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察热淋清颗粒对慢性盆腔炎症大鼠模型的影响。方法:大鼠子宫内注射苯酚糊剂,制作大鼠慢性盆腔炎模型,术后第2天分组给药,热淋清颗粒高、中、低剂量组(56.2、28.1、24.0 g/kg),用蒸馏水配成混悬剂给药;金鸡颗粒(27.4 g/kg)阳性对照组,用蒸馏水配成混悬剂给药;模型组和正常对照组灌胃给予蒸馏水;观察其对子宫病理学和盆腔炎器官重量的影响。结果:模型组与正常组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组比较,热淋清颗粒中、高剂量组子宫内膜上皮变性、炎症减轻,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);与模型组大鼠相比,热淋清颗粒中剂量组脾脏绝对和相对重量明显增加(P<0.01)。结论:热淋清颗粒对慢性盆腔炎大鼠模型具有抗炎作用。AIM： To observe the effects of Relinqing Keli on rat model of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. METHODS： The rat uterus phenol was injected phenol paste to make rat model of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. The rats were divided into Relinqing Keli high, middle, low dose groups（ 56. 2,28. 1,24. 0 g / kg）,with distilled water as suspension agent dosage; Golden granules（ 27. 4 g /kg） positive control group,with distilled water as suspension agent dosage; Model group and normal control group were given distilled water; Observed its effect on uterine pathology and pelvic inflammatory disease of organ weight. RESULTS：Compared with normal group,there was significant difference in model group（ P〈0. 01）. Compared with model group,the endometrial epithelial degeneration,inflammation was relieved in Relinqing Keli middle dose group and Relinqing Keli high dose group（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）. Compared with model group,the absolute and relative weight of spleen were increased significantly in Relinqing Keli middle dose group（ P〈0. 01）. CONCLUSION： Relinqing Keli on rat model of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with anti-inflammatory effect.
