摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师参与腹膜透析相关性感染治疗和开展药学监护的方法。方法:通过参与l例腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎患者的药物治疗经过,临床药师参与临床治疗,提供合理性建议;并对患者进行药学监护。结果:该患者腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎得到有效控制,好转出院。结论:临床药师深入临床直接面向患者提供药学服务,在患者用药指导及药学监护中发挥了重要作用。AIM： To investigate how clinical pharmacists carry out pharmaceutical care and treatment of peritoneal dialysis related infection METHODS： Clinical pharmacist provides the reasonable suggestion and pharmaceutical care by participating in the drug therapy of 1 case of peritoneal dialysis related peritonitis. RESULTS： Care of patients of peritoneal dialysis related peritonitis was effective and their conditions improved before discharged.CONCLUSION： Clinical pharmacist provided pharmaceutical care for patient directly,played an important role in patient medication guide and pharmaceutical care.
