摘　　要：肾素抑制剂作为肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)的首步限速酶抑制剂,对控制RAS的活性起着关键性的作用。阿利吉仑作为第一个获准临床应用的肾素抑制剂,目前被广泛应用于高血压的治疗。本文主要综述了阿利吉仑除降压作用外,其对心血管、肾脏、肝脏病变的改善作用。Renin inhibitor,inhibiting the ratelimiting enzyme of the first step in renin-angiotensin system（ RAS）,plays a key role in regulating RAS activity. Aliskiren,as the first approved renin inhibitor for clinical application,is currently and widely used in the treatment of hypertension. Here we reviewed the research progress of the beneficial effects of aliskiren on cardiovascular,renal and hepatic diseases except its anti-hypertensive action.
