摘　　要：华法林是一种香豆素类口服抗凝药物,临床上用于治疗深静脉血栓、房颤等。然而此类药物治疗窗窄、个体差异大,易发生出血或栓塞等不良反应,因此,研究华法林个体差异的原因以及个体化给药模式具有重要意义。通过对华法林个体差异的遗传学和非遗传学影响因素研究,国内外已建立了许多华法林的遗传药理学算法的模型,并部分对模型进行了验证考察。现对此类文献进行综述,为指导华法林的个体化临床用药模型的研究和临床应用提供参考,以期实现临床真正的个体化给药。Warfarin is a kind of commonly prescribed coumarin oral anticoagulant for preventing throboembolism in patients with atrial fibrillation and deep vein thrombosis. Warfarin is particularly prone to cause excessive anticoagulation due to its narrow therapeutic window and large interindividual variations in doses required for achieving optimal anticoagulation. Therefore,it＇s great significance to study the causes of warfarin individual differences and individualized drug delivery mode. Through researching the genetic and non-genetic factors of warfarin,there are lots of pharmacogenetics algorithm models have been set up,and part of the model is verified.The article reviews this kind of literature to offer reference on warfarin individual model guide and clinical application,in order to realize the clinical individualized medication.
