摘　　要：当前我国高校毕业生就业质量问题日益突出,总体就业质量亟待提升,而就业期望偏差是观察高校毕业生就业质量问题的一个重要视角。来自两阶段问卷调查的数据表明,就业起薪期望偏差和就业质量之间呈现正相关关系,进一步的回归分析结果支持就业期望偏差是影响就业质量的关键变量,就业期望正偏差对就业质量呈现正面的影响。这形成我国现阶段就业质量问题的关键特征,值得高校和教育管理部门在就业质量评价和就业促进中加以借鉴。The employment quality problem of university graduates has become significant currently in China, and the employment quality needs to be improved, herein the employment expectation gap is key in observing the problem. The data from a two-stage survey indicate that there is an positive association between the employment expectation gap and the employment quality, and further regression analysis shows that the employment expectation gap is a key variable to affect the employment quality, and the positive employment expectation gap positively affects the employment quality. The findings reveal an important characteristic of employment quality problem for university graduates, and it could be beneficially used for reference in appraising and improving the employment quality by universities and educational administration.
