摘　　要：目的探讨合理的护理收费标准,对未来制定相关护理服务价格提供参考依据。方法统计全子宫切除术围手术期护理项目,比较不同手术方式下护理成本要素的差异。结果与其它两种手术方式相比,腹腔镜手术围手术期护理成本中人力成本、设备折旧、教育研究支出均高于经腹或阴式手术。结论适度提高腹腔镜手术中护理项目收费对调动护理人员从事腹腔镜工作的积极性、减少患者住院时间及药物使用、降低患者经济负担有重要意义。Objective To investigate the charges reasonable care, care for the future development of relevant reference price. Methods Statistical hysterectomy perioperative care program, difference compare different surgical care cost element. Results Compared with the other two surgical procedures, laparoscopic surgery perioperative nursing costs in labor costs, depreciation of equipment, research spending on education were significantly higher than abdominal or vaginal surgery. Conclusion Moderate improve laparoscopic surgery treatments nurses in charge of mobilizing the enthusiasm of laparoscopic work to reduce the length of hospital stay and drug use, to reduce the economic burden of patients is important.
