摘　　要：目的评价GMPI与UCG评估冠心病患者左心室功能及局部室壁运动的临床应用价值。方法选取我院收治的冠心病患者56例,均进行GMPI与UCG检查。结果患者GMPI与UCG检测的LVEF、EDV、ESV及SV等指标经对比,无统计学意义(P>0.05);且GMPI与UCG检测的左心室室壁运动积分比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冠心病患者左心室功能及局部室壁运动中GMPI与UCG的检测结果相关性良好,GMPI应用价值较高。Objective To evaluate the clinical value and UCG GMPI assess left ventricular function in patients with coronary heart disease and regional wall motion. Methods 56 patients I treated in hospital coronary heart disease, underwent GMPI and UCG examination. Results Patients with UCG GMPI detected LVEF, EDV, ESV and SV other indicators By comparison, no statistically significant （P〉0.05）, and GMPI and UCG detection of left ventricular wall motion score comparison, no statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Left ventricular function and regional wall motion in patients with coronary heart disease GMPI and UCG test results correlated well, high GMPI value.
